At times, life can feel incredibly challenging and it's ok to ask for support with whatever you're experiencing. My role as a therapist is to provide an environment in which you can work through those challenges at a pace that works for you.

Sometimes we experience distressing things in life that, without us realising, leave an imprint on our bodies and emotions. This can be something severe, like a one-off traumatic incident, or a chronically traumatic childhood. Less traumatic experiences can also have a similar impact on us.
Often because of the lack of support we receive when they happen. Examples might be our parents divorcing when we were young, losing our job unexpectedly, someone close to us dying or witnessing a death.
EMDR is a type of therapy that processes and desensitizes difficult experiences and trauma, so that they become less overwhelming and feel more manageable. EMDR can be conducted in weekly sessions, or intensively over a shorter period of time for more rapid results. Find out more ..
Most corporate roles offer training and development opportunities. Sometimes, however, we find we have persistent difficulties at work, and the training or mentoring doesn't quite hit the mark. Sometimes, the problem lies more deeply within us, and coaching can help to shine a light on what is really going on.
